Where should you check the price?
Check the pricing page and the final checkout for the current amount, currency and exact product. This guide intentionally does not repeat a fixed price: promotions, plan types and currencies can differ. Your checkout and receipt describe the purchase you actually made.
Before paying, distinguish an example report from a search of your own username. Check whether the selected purchase is a single report, an access plan or a recurring service.
How to check renewal terms
Read the billing interval and renewal wording before confirming a recurring purchase. Save the confirmation email and note the billing identity used at checkout. Do not assume every charge is a subscription or that every plan has the same cancellation process.
If you cannot identify a charge, contact support with the receipt or order reference and purchase email. Never send a full card number or security code.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Use the cancellation page to request stopping a subscription and keep the confirmation. Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. The current terms describe eligibility for single reports, subscriptions and lifetime purchases; conditions differ by product.
For a delivery failure or refund question, use the complaints page and include the order reference, purchase date and a brief description. Submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation or approval of a refund.
