La alternativa a Maigret creada para la búsqueda de usuarios
Maigret is an MIT-licensed open-source OSINT tool that builds a dossier on a person from a username alone. Its database covers 3,000+ sites, with default runs checking the highest-traffic several hundred. It installs via pip and exports HTML, PDF, JSON, CSV and XMind reports.
Prueba AliaScan gratis — escanea un nombre de usuario en más de 3.000 plataformas en menos de 30 segundos, sin registro para la demo.
Buscar un nombre de usuario →Para qué es mejor Maigret
Technical OSINT practitioners who want a free, scriptable username tool with recursive search and rich export formats.
Dónde se queda corta Maigret
- –Requires Python, pip and command-line use to install and run
- –Full 3,000-site runs are slow; default scans use a subset
- –Blocks, CAPTCHAs and false positives still need manual judgement
- –You maintain the environment and interpret raw output yourself
Por qué AliaScan es una alternativa sólida
- ✓Zero setup — no Python, no pip, no proxy or Tor configuration to manage
- ✓3,000+ platforms checked in parallel with results in under 30 seconds, not a long CLI run
- ✓Readable, linked report by default rather than choosing an export format after the fact
- ✓Anyone can run it, including the non-technical people who most often need a username check
Maigret vs AliaScan — FAQ
Is there an online version of Maigret?+
Maigret is primarily a command-line tool. AliaScan provides the same core capability — username enumeration across hundreds of platforms — as a hosted browser service with no installation, dependencies or terminal required.
Maigret vs AliaScan: which should I use?+
If you're comfortable in a terminal and want free, deeply configurable scans with recursive search, Maigret is excellent. If you want a fast, maintained result without managing a Python environment, use AliaScan.
